It was very good

The color cartridges are great, but my printer cant read the remanufactured Black cartridges. So, they were a waste for me. I had to buy new black cartridges.

My printer doesn’t recognize the Black XL cartridge. I will be contacting customer support about this. I think the other cartridges are OK.

The first time I used the cartridges they worked fine. The second time they worked for a short amount of time and then the printer said it couldn't recognize them so I finally got a return after they wanted to charge me for shipping. The third time all they seem to do is print red. I was thinking about trying to send them back, but I'm sure they will want me to pay shipping which I refuse to do. Why should I have to pay for shipping because their cartridges don't work. If they work, it's one of the best bargains out there. If they don't, then you get screwed more ways than one !
