    I have had no problem with your ink in the past. However this last cartridge ran out of ink after printing about 80 pages. I will be asking for a refund.

    prompt delivery BUT sent two color cartridges in a combo pac, then, guess what, one color does not work. can't run a business that way. 50/% dependibility doesn't work.
