    Epson updater made my new cartridges useless. CompandSave sent me a shipping label which I could not print because my printer would not recognize the cartridges. Finally got the black ink working and printed the label and send the cartridges back to CompandSave.

    Excellent Experience but unfortunately my printer would not recognize the Remanufactured cartridges. Tech support was very helpful in trying to get the problem resolved but with no luck. Return policy was excellent.
