this is more of an overall view of the company and not necessarily for this particular combination. In the past I have purchased ink which when I need to use it it hasn't worked but because it is past the 30 days for a return it just costs too much to have to return it to get an exchange or replacement. I wish there was a better time limit or return policy since usually everyone purchases ink because they are running low and not completely out so then they don't use it up in time to test the inks they have received. Also if you get a combo pack like I did and used one which was a good one but then the second one was bad made it such a nightmare since I needed to print right away yet had to go to the store locally to buy ink so ended up paying over double because of the loss of paying you for one that didn't even work. when I purchase something I really don't like to pay out even more as well when I'm not at fault for having to ship it back. I have to account for every dime these days to make ends meet so it makes me very hesitant to continue purchasing from you each time.
