    I received my order and had problems with cartridge. I accidentally removed the wrong tape. It doesn't work now.It seems like it's refurbished Disappointed.

    I had trouble with the black ink cartridges but it may have been the printer I am not sure as we had to junk out that printer.

    I ordered 3, XL color cartridges for my printer. The first one gave out way too soon. The second one had no red, I'm not real happy about having to try the third one.
