Brother HL-L8570CDW Toner Replacement Guide
- Make sure the printer is powered on before starting.
- Press the front cover release button and swing open the front cover of the printer.
- Grab the green handle on the drum unit and pull the whole assembly straight out until it stops.
- Hold the toner cartridge’s handle and lift it up and out of the drum unit. Do this for each color that needs replacing (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow).
- Unpack the new Brother L8570CDW toner cartridge(s)
- Install the new toner cartridge in the Drum Unit
- Slide the little green tab left and right several times on each drum unit to clear any residual toner or dust — then return the tab to the home position.
- Using the green handle, push the drum unit back into the printer until it locks.
- Close the front cover and wait for the printer to return to Ready status before printing.
