I recommend this productThese cartridges work just fine as long as you do not download any Cannon software. Cannon has programed (and updated ) the software in the coppy machines to Not accept or operate with non Cannon cartridges. These Cartridges are fine, Cannon is greedy, they want $130.for a full set of cartridges. I Uninstaller all Cannon programs in my computer and use a non Cannon software to manipulate images to print. Cannon has updated all coppier software to recognize and operate using only Cannon cartridges.Loading...Was this review helpful?

I recommend this productThis order created problems, mainly because I selected a wrong option and received 2 ink cartridges not needed for my printer. Several emails were exchanged before the problem was resolved. I returned the 2 cartridges I did not need, as well as the one that was sent to me in error, and was later replaced with cartridge. I have never received notice that the returned items were received nor have I been informed of a credit that would be made to my Visa card for the two cartridges that were of no value to me. I haven't used my printer enough lately, due to health issues, to see if the cartridges do a good job.Loading...Was this review helpful?
