Epson XP-310 Ink Cartridge Replacement Guide
- Make sure your printer is on. If you are replacing the ink cartridge before it runs out, just go press the 'Home' button, then 'Setup,' followed by 'Maintenance' and lastly select 'Ink Cartridge Replacement' then press 'OK.'
- To access the ink cartridges, just lift the scanner lid of the printer. Avoid touching the white cables inside the printer, and do not move the print head manually.
- To release the ink cartridge, just gently press the tab at the end of the cartridge. Then, pull it out from the printer.
- Get your new CompAndSave's Epson 310 ink cartridge, and shake it about four to six times before opening it from the package. Open it over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case it leaks, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill ink cartridges. Make sure to touch the black plastic part only, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color, as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
- Insert the new Epson Expression Home XP-310 ink cartridge into its respective slot. You should hear a snap indicating that it's locked in place.
- Close the scanner lid, then press the 'Start' button on the printer to start the ink charging process. Let this process finish on its own to avoid wasting ink.
