You can charge your laptop with a laptop power bank. Laptop power banks have a higher output voltage. Most power banks supply up to 5V USB output. But most laptops require 16V to 20V output.
Laptop power banks can connect to your laptop through a USB Type-C port with a USB cable that has a USB Type-A connector and a USB Type-C connector. Your laptop power bank can also connect to your laptop through its AC output with the laptop's power cord.
