Cartridge doesn't come with chip to make it workReview for Replacement HP 414X Toner Cartridge - W2020X Black - High YieldPrice was great yet didn't know the cartridges don't come with a chip in them to make them work! Be careful buying this ink, you have to have a used HP cartridget to get a chip that YOU have to install in this companies cartridges and it's NOT easy.Was this review helpful?

Review for Replacement HP W2023X Toner Cartridge - HP 414X Magenta - High YieldThis toner cartridge leaked when it was opened. I contacted help on why it made such a mess and was told they sometimes do that. After a few prints, it began leaking inside my printer, creating a huge mess. When I asked for a refund or a replacement, I was told I would have to send this one back first. I am not happy with this transaction. With that said, the other two cartridges are working fine. While Customer Service was polite, they were unable to make me whole on this purchase. I was forced to buy a replacement locally while the broken one was shipped back to them.Was this review helpful?

Review for Replacement HP W2023X Toner Cartridge - HP 414X Magenta - High YieldI WAS IMPRESSED THE CARTRIDGES COME WITH PLIERS AND PLASTIC TWEEZERS TO CHANGE THE CHIP FROM THE ORIGINAL CARTRIDGES. IT WOULD BE NICE IF BETTER DIRECTIONS CAME ALSO. I HAD TO GO ON LINE AND WATCH A VIDEO OF THE PROCEDURE TO CLARIFY THE CORRECT WAY. IT WOULD ALSO BE NICE TO KNOW IF THE OLD CARTRIDGES ARE DESIRED TO BE SENT BACK FOR REFILLING. IT SEEMS A WASTE TO JUST THROW THEM AWAY IF THEY COULD BE REUSED.Was this review helpful?
