What is the difference between 910 and 910 XL ink?
In terms of size, appearance, and printer compatibility, they are practically the same. The only difference between the two is the number of pages they can print. The standard-yield HP 910 ink cartridges can only print up to 300 pages for black and up to 315 pages for each cyan, magenta, and yellow at 5% page coverage. The high-yield HP 910XL ink cartridge, on the other hand, can print up to 825 pages for black, cyan, magenta, and yellow at 5% page coverage. If you print a lot, we highly recommend you use the high-yield HP 910XL, as it can print more pages and is cheaper in the long run.
Is it better to buy regular or XL ink cartridges?
XL or high-yield is the better option. They work the same as the standard HP ink cartridges but can print more pages. With that being said, you don't have to purchase and install new ink as often as you do if you are using the standard ink.
