I recommend this productThe first black ink cartridge worked fine from the start. When our Kodak color ink ran out I installed the cartridge as I had with the black ink. The cartridge was not recognized. Then the instructions told me to scratch off some black area. I did this and it still didn't work. I installed a second color cartridge and it did not work as well. Then I shut off the printer overnight. When I fired it up the next day the color cartridge started working. The black ink, however, did not work. I replaced the black and now both cartridges are printing. The print is not a crisp as Kodak but it works. I guess I really can't complain with such a low price. Glen OlsenWas this review helpful?
