Kyocera FS-C5030N Toner Cartridge Replacement Guide

  1. Open the printer's top cover.
  2. Turn the lock lever to unlock position, then carefully pull the toner cartridge that needs to be replaced out from the printer.
  3. Get your new CompAndSave Kyocera FS-C5030N cartridge. Open the cartridge over a sink or garbage can to avoid any messes in case of a powder leak, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill toner cartridges. Shake the toner cartridge five to six times and avoid touching the bottom part of the toner, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
  4. Insert the new toner cartridge into its respective slot and gently push it down until it is firmly seated in place.
  5. Close the printer's top cover.

Kyocera FS-C5030N Toner Cartridges FAQs

Are cheap toner cartridges worth it?
Absolutely! These toner cartridges are not only manufactured for consumers to save money, but also they are designed to match the OEM specifications. This means that you can get the same print quality and the number of prints without paying as much compared to the original ones. Using these types of cartridges will not void your printer's warranty, so you can use and shop for these types of cartridges without any worries.
Why are toner cartridges so expensive?
OEM ink and toner manufacturers claim that the high cost of toner cartridges is due to the research and development of technologies to deliver high-quality ink and toner. However, it is worth noting that there are generic cartridges that exceed OEM requirements while being less expensive than their counterparts. CompAndSave's compatible and replacement ink and toner cartridges are engineered to meet or exceed OEM standards. That is to say, you can have the same print quality and page output without spending a fortune. Please keep in mind that using generic, remanufactured, or replacement cartridges will never void the warranty on your printer. Can I throw away empty toner cartridges?
About 1.3 billion cartridges are used every year. That is why it is highly preferred that toner and ink cartridges are recycled than letting them end up in landfills. You can bring your empty toner to local or big retailers or even at your local recycling facility. You can also check some websites online, like earth911.com, to look for recycling options for your cartridges.
