I had recently ordered a 12 pack for my Epson printer 2 of the magenta cartridges would not be recognized by the printer, I called customer service and they promptly sent me a ups receipt so I could return the cartridges fir free and gave me a discount and credit on my next purchase of 12 cartridges so I ordered them plus the 2 magenta cartridges were replaced with the order all the cartridges work and the whole process took about 7 days from the time I called customer service to the time I placed my order and received the 2 replacement cartridges. So if you decide to order with this company don’t be hesitant absolutely prompt painless service!!
