Canon imageCLASS X LBP1333C Toner Cartridges FAQs

Does using a compatible toner damage the printer?

No, it doesn't. CompAndSave's compatible cartridges are engineered to be comparable to the OEM cartridges. This means that the size, quality, and number of prints are designed to be as good as the original cartridges. Also, using compatible cartridges will never void your printer's warranty, so you can shop and use our cartridges without any worries.

Do laser toners dry out?

Toner cartridges are powder-based and not liquid-based. This means that they do not dry out as the powder inside is already dry. But if a toner cartridge was not used for a long time, there's a possibility that the toner powder is not evenly distributed inside. This can cause uneven prints and smudges. To resolve this issue, you may shake the toner cartridge sideways to distribute the toner powder evenly. For more information, click Troubleshooting Tips and you will be redirected to the right page.
