Why does my Epson printer says ink cartridge not recognized?
There are several reasons why your printer won't recognize the ink cartridges. One example is bad cartridge chips, this is the most common reason why your printer won't detect the ink cartridge. To troubleshoot this, first, make sure the plastic strip that covered the vent hole has been removed. Also, check to see if the printer cable is not loose.
