Epson WF-7610 Ink Cartridges Replacement Guide
- Make sure that the printer is turned on.
- If you are seeing a message on the printer's LCD screen to replace the ink cartridge, just press Proceed, then follow the on-screen instructions.
- If you are going to replace the ink cartridge without the message on the printer's LCD screen, just press the Home button, choose Setup, followed by Maintenance, and lastly press Ink Cartridge Replacement.
- Raise the printer's scanner assembly and do not touch the cables inside the printer.
- Open the ink access cover then press the tab at the end of the cartridge to release it. Pull the cartridge out from the printer.
- Get your new CompAndSave Epson 7610 ink cartridges. Shake the ink cartridge before opening it from the package. Open it over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case it leaks as sometimes, factories tend to overfill the ink cartridges. Make sure to touch the black plastic part only, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
- Insert the new Epson WF-7610 cartridges to their respective slot, push it in until it snaps lock into place.
- Close the ink access cover and put the scanner assembly back into place. The printer will start the ink priming process, let this run until it is done to avoid wasting ink.
