Orders within 10 days of carrier delivery

For your peace of mind, we offer FREE returns for orders placed with Standard Mail (2-10 business days)* and within 10 days of delivery, as based on the carrier’s tracking for returns within the contiguous United States. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the order, please contact us, and a representative will set up a return for a FULL refund.

  1. Contact us by phone, live chat, or email, and let a representative know that you want to return an order.
  2. Wait for your return label to be emailed to you. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
  3. Print your label out and use it to ship the order back.
  4. Once the order is received and processed, the refund will be issued back to the same method of payment. Please allow 2-5 business days from receipt of package.

Please note that orders must be returned to us within 30 days of setting up a return.

*All orders placed with a shipping method other than Standard Mail, will be refunded up to $3.99 of associated shipping costs.
