The seller does not answer support tickets.I recommend this productThe printer will give a message that a used cartridge has been installed. The ink supply status will no longer function. I printed a test page. With the original cartridge a set of screened blocks were very smoothly rendered. With the replacement cartridge the blocks were slightly darker, and showed some irregularity/banding. A cross hatched line surrounded by a box composed of alternating screened and solid lines was clearly discernible with the original cartridge. With the replacement cartridge the screened portion of the box was almost entirely filled in. There were also couple blotchy areas in the solid lines. I showed the test pages to my wife; her comment was "Good enough". I'm not sure I can fully recommend this thing, but it sure is cheaper than a genuine cartridge.
