Al in all - Happy with the seervice, a little dissapointed the cartridge "failed."I recommend this productCartridge worked GREAT ... but only for a week! I received all kinds of info on how to trouble shoot and solve the problem but none worked. The ink was depleted after just 45 and a half pages.I don't recommend this productThis specific ink has an approximate page yield of 600. However, the cartridge mailed to me printed precisely 45 and a half single-sided pages of text only (no images). That's it. I already know how to clean and reset a cartridge, but that was not the issue. The ink was simply depleted after just 45 and a half pages. The cartridge is completely empty. 45 and a half pages worth is not high yield, but was a waste of money.Was this review helpful?

these were not allowed on my printerUnfortunately I couldn't use these on my printer. Customer Service was nice and suggested I watch their You Tube video to trouble shoot the issue. I think HP has programmed my printer to NOT accept any ink cartridges but their own. I sent them back, hopefully to get a refund.Was this review helpful?
