Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. However, you would be able to send them back for a store credit or a refund, so you can order the items you need.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) cartridges are covered by their respective manufacturers. We are unable to accept returns of OEM Cartridges. Please contact the respective manufacturer.

What is Proof of Price?

In order to price match products with competitors, a link to their advertised price of the product is required. We reserve the right to call the competitor's store to verify the price and availability of the item.
