Printer error from color cartridge as indicated on printer display.I don't recommend this productInitially the cartridges worked fine. Had them in for about a month but didn't print much during this time. Went away for a couple of weeks and when I repowered up my PC and printer, I got a Color cartridge printer error. I followed the remedy steps from the website that applied and also worked with tech support via online messenger, but none of the steps cleared the error. I requested another color cartridge but was told I needed to fill out the online RMA form which I did. It said I would hear back in one to two business days. That was about two and a half weeks ago, no response yet. after requesting the RMA, I left the color cartridge out of the printer. Was away again for another week and found the ink had drained out onto my desk and papers nearby. I no longer need the RMA and will find another replacement elsewhere.Was this review helpful?
